ORDERS & SHIPPING

What's my order status?

If you have a buylovey.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. If you need further assistance, please click here to email us.

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel the order. In order to best meet your requirements, we recommend that you contact us via email service@buylovey.com for help. If we are unable to cancel your order, we will always guide you through the simple return process.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

 
The tracking number for my order stopped updating,what happened?

If you’re buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country’s customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada’s customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and asking that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we’ll send you a replacement!

 
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We make a guarantee. Any products you buy at BuyLovey are free of postage. If you encounter any problems, please contact us.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Afterpay.

How long will delivery take?

We pack and ship 7 days a week. Most likely, your order will get packed within 12-24 hours of you placing your order. Once it is packed and ready to go, you will get an e-mail with a tracking number.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the BuyLovey return policy?

Any order can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. To see the full policy, click here.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties, or additional fees that may apply to your order.

 
I bought something in-store, can I return it by mail?

Yes, it can be returned. In order to avoid any problems, please contact us first, email service@buylovey.com.
